How does delivery work?
We deliver through DPD, Fan Courier and Cargus. Orders placed before 2:00 PM are processed the same day. Estimated 3–5 business days standard, 1–2 days express.
My plant arrived damaged. What do I do?
We are sorry! Send us a photo within 48h of delivery at contact@sweetgarden.ro and we will send you a free replacement or refund.
What guarantee do you have for plants?
We offer a 30-day guarantee on all plants. If the plant dies within 30 days through no fault of yours, we replace it for free.
Can I return a plant?
Yes, within 14 days of receipt, if the plant has not been planted. Return is free for the first purchase.
Do you have loyalty points?
Yes! 1 leu = 1 point. At 100 points you get 1 leu discount. You become a Gold customer at 2,000 points.
How do I care for the plant I received?
Each order includes a care guide. You can also find detailed guides in the Care guides section on the website.
Can you deliver on the same day?
We do not offer same-day delivery. Orders are processed on the day of placement (before 2:00 PM) and delivered within 1–5 business days, depending on the service chosen.
